1. Scope of contract
41shop.net is handled by Si/No Projekt Management. All contracts, deliveries and benefits are based upon our terms and conditions of business.
2. Transportation
In Germany:
5,00 EUR shipping costs will be charged for deliveries within Germany. Shipping is handled by Trans-o-flex GmbH.
Outside of Germany:
15,00 EUR will be charged for deliveries outside of Germany. Shipping is handled by Deutsche Post AG.
We ship to the following countries:
Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus.
3. Payments
Payments can be made via check or bank transfer, via cash on delivery (Nachnahme) or pay pal account.
4. Delivery time
Delivery time is usually 3-5 business days within Germany.
5. Prices
All prices include 16% sales tax. Payment is due upon ordering the product. The prices stated at the time of ordering apply.
6. Sale or return
Customers have the right to return the product within 14 days after delivery. The contract will then be void. Used products or products that are not in the same condition as delivered can not be returned. Si/No Projekt Management will pay for return shipping costs for falsely processed orders or damaged products. Return shipments have to be sufficiently stamped and should be sent to: Si/No Projekt Management, Am Kirschberg 18, 97218 Gerbrunn.
7. Right of withdrawal
Si/No Projekt Management has the right to withdraw from a contract in case of misspellings or miscalculations.
8. Retention of title
Si/No Projekt Management retains the title of a product until full payment is received.
9. Protection of privacy
We are committed to treat personal data confidential. Personal data will not be given to a third party.
10. Jurisdiction
Würzburg is the place of jurisdiction, if admissible.
11. Applicable Law
The German law is applicable under exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the international sale of goods
12. Safeguarding Clause
The terms remain in effect even if one of the preceding terms is invalid.
